Shipping policy

The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions.

Original paintings require between 2 and 4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. Especially in case of most recently painted artwork that waited for curing of oils before being varnished.Once shipped, please allow for 2-15 days for travel time depending on your location. Please note that in some countries, parcels may require additional time for processing through customs clearance and may be subject to customs fees.

Please note that I am not responsible for any delays or undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please make sure that you provide the complete and correct mailing address at the checkout.

Duties and taxes

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery. The customer is responsible for covering such charges.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify you ether by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
